Basically, I was using Windows the entire day today for gaming (honestly that's all I have it for, everything else I do is on OS X), and when I tried booting into OS X, I couldn't due to an incorrect number of thread records (4, 20139), incorrect number of extended attributes (should be 390769 instead of 390771) and incorrect number of access control lists (should be 3321 instead of 3323). I managed to fix the issue by booting into single user mode, mounting the disk, exiting into OS X, running First Aid (it failed), restarting back into single user mode, and running fsck -fy. Did Paragon HFS+ do this? I honestly don't know what else would have, and if so, is there a safe way for me to get rid of Paragon HFS+?
